1. Get a customer code and my warehouse address from us

Please ask seller to put customer code( )on the express bill or boxes
that is my warehouse address, you just get a customer code from me, then can arrange to send the goods to my warehouse
※ The customer code is used to separate your goods with other customers' goods. It is unique and can be used for a long term. We use different customer codes for different countries. For example, in Malaysia, we start with MY, and in the Philippines, we start with PH.
You give our address and customer code to your supplier or record it on the Taobao address. When we receive your goods and see the customer code above, we will know that it is your goods. We will notify you or log in to our system to check your goods information.
Supplier also want to ask your for shipping mark(customer code),and if you notice seller to contact us, seller let us know your customer code, then we know that is your goods,then we can communicate with him smoothly.
2. Order goods
※ When you want to order goods, give our warehouse address and customer code to your supplier,they maybe need our warehouse address to calculate the road freight or express fee to our warehouse address.
3. Get courier no
※ After seller send the goods to us, get courier no(express no,Logistics tracking number）to us,then can follow it well. For taobao goods, maybe some seller send more then one parcel and they just show one courier no in the taobao system,then you try to get all courier no from them.
※ After all the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will repack, measure and weigh them, arrange the shipping method according to your requirements, send you the bill, and you arrange the payment.
5. Shipping the goods
※ We will arrange the transportation method according to your requirements, sea, air, land or rail transportation
